Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Belgium and countries within the European Union. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations soon. For Shipping to other Countries, please contact us via the contact form.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL e-commerce, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.

Shipping Cost

A flat rate of €15 per order applies for all shipments within Belgium and Europe.

Processing Time

  • all orders are made to order and handmade in the atelier of ANNLN

  • once your order is placed it takes 4 weeks production time

  • Once your order is ready it will be typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Belgium: Usually 2–4 business days.

  • Other European countries: Usually 4–7 business days.
    Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the DHL website.

Customs & Duties

For shipments outside Belgium, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are currently shipping only to Belgium and Europe.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
